"I should have gotten more estimates but I was worried about what was behind my bathroom walls that might have lead to more expenses than the original estimate. The bathtub looks great but the first time I took a shower the water pressure was terrible. They sent someone out the next day but he was unable to resolve the problem. There were several conversations and I was told the plumber thought there was a cracked pipe and I should get a local plumber out to fix it. They did offer to split the cost of the repair bill. However, I was never informed of any issues with the pipes and when I did get a plumber out, I was informed it was not my pipes and the problem was with one of the newly installed pipes. In my opinion, this is a problem that should have been caught during installation. Now I am waiting for a fourth service person to rip out one of the walls and replace the pipe. For as much as I paid, I expected better quality installation."

The removal of exiting tub/shower and installation of new shower was completed in one day. Shower looks great. Everyone involved was extremely friendly. "The work looks OK from the outside. But the experience was poor . The specific product contracted for was not applied. There was damage to the insulation material under the siding because they worked off ladders versus using platforms. They dropped an expensive barn light which I had to replace at my expense. The crew was never checked on by the supervisors. It's probably my fault I did not stop the workman when I realized they did not have the correct materials and were going to install it anyway. It probably wasn't the crews fault. It was managements."
