It was a fantastic experience. They really did a great job and it was completed to the standards I would have if I were capable of doing the job myself. Every single caulk line is perfect. The were polite and even had great pricing. I can't say enough good things about the job they did.

turns out the pipes were so bad as he was checking them the drain pipe broke in his hand. He ended up cutting the drywall to replace the bad drain pipe. The drywall was cut very professionally and will need a little caulk and paint but thats it. Price was very reasonable for the work done.

The job turned out to be much tougher than expected—the old cement was nearly impossible to break up and the clay ground was hard to dig deeper for the required dept —but Ken handled it like a pro, using a jackhammer and digging through hard clay soil without complaint. Despite the extra work and materials needed, he stuck to his original price even when I asked to pay him more, which speaks volumes about his integrity. He returned a few days later to assemble the hoop, and the final result was perfect—every measurement was spot-on. Ken went above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again.
