I have wool carpet and there was a significant difference in pricing, almost double. I had taken the day off to accommodate the carpet cleaning so I did proceed. There were a few areas that they were unable to remove completely, but it appeared that those areas wouldn't come clean anyway. They did forget to clean the storage area at the entrance of the apartment, but this was not an issue as that room is being re carpeted."
