"Krispy Clean did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets and in a very timely manner. The staff was friendly and responsive. My only warning would be: When they give you a quote on the phone it may not be the same as when they arrive and measure. I have wool carpet and there was a significant difference in pricing, almost double. I had taken the day off to accommodate the carpet cleaning so I did proceed. The carpets look great, but I think I paid too much."

"Mike, with Floor Shine, was priced affordably, was extremely reliable, and exceeded expectations! I hired him from out of state to clean my elderly mother’s carpets and tile grout. My mom has two geriatric dogs, and SIX cats. Mike stuck to his original bid, despite all the pet stains and odor. He showed up right on time with both his visits to the home. "The cleaners did an excellent job in cleaning the carpet and attempting to remove all darkened areas in the carpeting. There were a few areas that they were unable to remove completely, but it appeared that those areas wouldn't come clean anyway. They did forget to clean the storage area at the entrance of the apartment, but this was not an issue as that room is being re carpeted."
