With over 1600 cleaning jobs completed by himself, including residential, commercial and apartments, he has no employees and does not sub contract any of the work out. The space hadn't been cleaned for a number of years and he was able to remove the grime and moved furniture as needed. "They arrived promptly to provide a quote. Clean-up was done on schedule; they arrived with 2 workers and a foreman. Ceiling was cleaned in about 2 hours, and they also brightened the grout on the kitchen back splash by the stove. Crew cleaned up after themselves and I couldn't even tell they were there. Painters were expected the next day, but didn't show. The owner was very apologetic on the phone (painters weren't responding to her), and found an alternate crew to come out the next morning. We were hosting a party with many out-of-towners that weekend, so timing was critical. Crew came out first thing Thursday morning. They primed and painted the ceiling, molding and a lot of the wall too so the kitchen looked great! They used low VOC paint per our request, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. In the end, I was very pleased with the final result."
