"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with. I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer. There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer. Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS. He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well. He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. A few weeks later I got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim. He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program. Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable. Here’s how AC professionals will clean your AC coils:
Unplug the AC unit or turn off the breaker to the unit in your circuit breaker box.
Remove the faceplate.
Spray a vacuum hose attachment or compressed air can to remove debris, dust, dirt, and grime.
Use a soft-bristled fin comb to remove stubborn caked-on debris.
Use the vacuum hose to suck up any extra debris.
Take a coil-safe cleaning solution and spray it onto the coils. Try to choose a no-rinse solution.
Let the solution sit for at least 15 minutes.
Gently wipe away loosened grime and debris with a microfiber cloth.
Reattach the faceplate, plug in your AC system, or turn the breaker back on.
