"Great professional and customer service from John. Came and gave an estimate, had all the samples needed to make decisions. Took all the measurements. When it came time to install, took meticulous care to do it right, new power shade is just what we ordered. John even took the time to fix the drapes on the living room window. "We contracted Empire for new carpeting throughout the house and removal of 650 ft of ceramic tile tile and installation of LVT. ALso included was the removal and replacement of sub-floor if needed. The tile removal was performed with no protective covering, tenting or venting. This resulted in the entire 2300 sq ft house covered in ceramic dust. The air was unbreathable and we forced to spend the noght in a hotel until a cleaning crew came in to clean the house. The sub-floor did not need to be touched, which we had paid $1200. When the carpet was installed we realizes the they had left out a room in the contract. When we asked to have the carpet adjusted with the overcharge hey refused. The LVT installation was awlful. Lumpy, bumpy tiles, missing grout, baseboards covered in grout. Empire said they would send an inspector out.They called at 9:00 am on a Saturday morning saying they would arrive between 2 and 4. Needless to say they never showed. They have repeatedly made appts and end up cancelling. All we have are empty promises a bumpy floor. We are out $8500 and now have to delay listing our home."

"Some of the worst service and product I have ever received. Drapes did not fit the windows after the roomsbeautiful "specialists" did their measurements. Drapes arrived crumpled into a small box- which require professional steaming and ironing to straighten. Even so, they tell me if can do it myself, and the drapes looks even worse after ironing. The lining that THEY selected for me looks like reflective trash bags up in my windo from outside. I also expressed concern that I should only get one window treated first as a test, before committing to all 5- and the roomsbeautiful agent persuaded me to just do all 5. So I spend 2000 on these Drapes, which I will never in a thousand years put up in my home. And they won't accept refunds, and they only take zelle payments which cannot be reversed or argued. So WARNING: do not trust this company, and do NOT give them your money!!!"
