"From receiving our estimate till gutter installation, the entire process went smoothly. Pitched Rite promptly emailed my estimate and was flexible in scheduling the installation to fit my schedule availability request. Marcus ran a two man crew and installed our gutters as scheduled in a timely manner. He was very personable, detail oriented, answered all questions and took the time to clean up installation scraps before leaving. Pitched Rite did an outstanding job! He said they could do our project in 3 weeks, and 2 1/2 weeks later, he called and said we are expecting rain the next week, and they could get our roof done that weekend, so they delivered the shingles on Saturday, and tore off the old roof on Sunday and replace it that same day. We weren't even home. When we got home, you couldn't even tell that anyone had been there, except that we had our new roof. Mr. Diaz was extremely professional!"
