We had one day of rainy weather but this didn't slow the crew down one bit. I was amazed on how much work was completed each day. Entire project took a little over three days as crew worked until 7pm on third and final day. The quality of work done as well as the quality products used left me a very happy and satisfied customer. Chris and Dan both were extremely responsive to my needs or any questions I would have throught the project. I absolutely love my new windows and storm doors. I was especially happy with my new patio door. This was my fouth patio door as all the others either didn't fit well or didn't last long due to the poor quality. This new patio door is gorgeous and is a beautiful fit and I am confident there will be no air leaks this winter. - Sunset Ridge ExteriorsIt was not a real nice day, but the team of 2 showed up as promised and on time, approx. 9AM. They efficiently went to work with hose and high power washer nozzle to sweep the gutters clean. Any plugged downspouts were either power cleaned or disassembled by hand, thoroughly cleaned and reconnected. There were 2 of those. They then quickly worked to attach the 8 foot metal guards with screws on the gutter edge. They had to stop at one point, as local supplier had picked the wrong size on part of the original order. Over lunch break, they returned the incorrect size, picked up the correct ones, and returned to finish by mid-afternoon. I could not believe how fast they got it done, and I checked the job myself. I have a large 2 unit side-by-side duplex. 11/2 stories of larger unit and 1 story on attached cottage side, so it was not a small project. In total, it's a 14 room house (all connected) with 6 bedrooms and 3 baths, 3 car garage. This review written by spouse of member

From the salesman, the project manager, to the roofing crew who worked until 6 and 7 at night on a Friday and Saturday to complete the work. He was fast, efficient and the price was very fair and reasonable for the time and work completed.While up on the roof Jim even changed the electrical box for the outside flood lights and replaced the bulbs. In addition he was kind enough to give us advice on how to fix the landscape lighting just to help us out. He did not try to oversell and my mother very much appreciated his help and pleasant personality. He was even friendly to our very yappy dog! We hope to have Jim's help with other projects in the near future

"Everything with the company was so efficient & professional, from the estimate to the final product, we couldn't be happier! "He was very honest and upfront and said may be 6-8 weeks before could do the roof when awarded work as was very busy. After calling on 10/2 to get update on when might do he ended up being able to do it yesterday or less than 4 weeks. I was very impressed they did job for price and in one day with full tear off finding no nails or anything left laying on ground. He is very honest person with hard working crew and was less expensive than anyone else. I could tell right away he was honest person which is so very important when getting work done on your home. The overall quality of his work is very....very..... good for a very fair price. You might find another roofing company that may get graded excellent on overall quality but you will also be paying three to five thousand dollars more for this same job.
