Since I was having the gutters and windows cleaned, he was able to evaluate from outside and email an estimate to me so I did not have to be home. I originally had contacted Chris to clean my gutters but then decided to also get an estimate for window and screen cleaning. Chris did an excellent job with both the gutters and windows/screens. Neither the gutters or windows had been cleaned thoroughly for eight years but now look as good as the day that I moved into the house. I would definitely recommend Chris and hire him again."

"Chris did a great job removing black and green mold from the concrete around my porch. He also did a great job cleaning the siding around my porch and patio. And I was amazed with how he cleaned the white trim on my enclosed patio; I thought I was going to have to have it repainted but it looks almost new after the cleaning. I would have given a 5 star rating except that Chris missed the initial estimating appointment and left a small lake of water on my enclosed patio. In the future, maybe Chris should have a ShopVac with him to clean up excess water. I would highly recommend Chris and hire him again."
