We ran into a little problem with them. They put them in with the inside sash out. I could not get the other one out and the guy himself had a hard time so they sent it back to the manufacturer and brought it back. The first one was just as bad as these originals. The second one we had a snow storm so they are rescheduling that. It took four weeks to get one window back to test it. They had a good reputation. They are trying to straighten it out. Their pricing is pretty much middle to high end. They are not cheap windows. I think the quality of the window is good. My heating went down by about half. Their responsiveness has been good. They were good at first. I am getting a little frustrated with it. I don't know if these windows were not measured right or created wrong down in Milwaukee. I still don't know what that is about.
Recently the company closed the Green Bay facility. In order to avoid the trip charge they insist that I travel 30 miles each way to their Appleton facility to get my cracked window replaced. They refuse to make any other arrangement. If a customer is not a short distance to their facility their free lifetime warranty is useless. For that reason I can not recommend them.
