"The service was provided as requested. I recently moved from an area in Appleton and the service I used there included removing the existing spider webs. The nice gentleman from Elite didn't do that. It may not be part of the practice, but it was a nice thing for my other service person to do. Just as a suggestion."

"I hired Bat Masters to exclude my bats. He was professional, knowledgeable, and did a thorough and neat job sealing up the house. Unlike some other excluders, his trap-vents are attractive (and later removed). He also uses invisible sealants where they are visible. He stands behind his work, is local, and knows his stuff. "We found evidence of termite infestation. They responded quickly and inspected property the following day. Price was reasonable and employee was knowledgeable.
