He did the repair, showing me faulty parts and explained the reason to replace as needed. He purchased the parts and both sink faucet and tub faucet work like new. It was done correctly, cleanly, quickly, and was a pleasant experience. I expected the cost to be more than estimated, considering the need for parts, but parts were included.
