She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! "Our large, gorgeous, authentic, 100% wool, Oriental rug was in desperate need of cleaning. We've had it for over 20 years, and it was looking pretty dull. Not that it's never been cleaned before. It just needed a better job. Premiere did the trick. Appointment was easy to schedule. Staff very responsive. Got quote over the phone. After cleaning they even held onto for awhile it at our request until we finished all the spring cleaning projects in our house. Very accommodating. I was thrilled when it was delivered. Premier's process has restored the colors to their original vibrancy. I didn't even think that was possible. I will definitely use Premier the next time.
