If I were able to rate 4.5 I would…had to clean up some clumps of debris they may not have seen so as a perfectionist I resisted a 5 but will recommend them to others for sure."

The day of the window washing I thought all was going well. A few days later when the sun shone in, the windows in the living-room area were noticeably streaked.  I know the washing began there, and the sun was shining in at the time. (I had wondered if it would be better to start where the windows were in the shade at that time of day, but then I thought that I should just let them do their work.)
 
We've had many sunny days since then, so I'm quite aware of how those particular windows look. (Others are fine.) I feel some responsibility; I know I could have called them back, but I didn't.I  Instead I feel somewhat bad about this review I'm writing.
