OCS was done efficiently and protected our surrounding areas like trim, floors, fixtures, etc. Would definitely use them again for projects. The communication was also good. They also cleaned up very well. Even helped move a couple pieces of furniture.

Not well. Home wasn’t vacuumed, cleaner wouldn’t do any windows (which I only requested 2 interior), mirrors were all smeared, all countertops had a streaky film over them. My 2 main requests were to clean tubs & floors/baseboards. Floors were fine. The tubs were unclean.

"I totally forgot about the landlords requirement to get a professional cleaning before I moved out. I was reminded about this requirement 3 days before I needed to move out so I had to call everyone I could and just hope someone could help me on such a short notice.
