"Steve arrived on time for the appointment. He was very professional and courteous. Steve asked us what were our concerns for the roof. We explained that we had what were thought to be old interior water stains and just wanted to be sure. Steve inspected the stains and drywall. He determined that the stains were old and that the drywall was sound. Steve then went on to inspect the roof. He preformed minor repairs such as caulking flashing and re-nailing shingles. Steve then gave us written re-cap of the inspection results and repairs.

All this in about one hour. We couldn't be more satisfied with Steve and the company he represents."

"Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. So he just finished the vent cleaning and left his card. He did a great job on the vent cleaning and was happy with the work."

"I did a bathroom remodel last summer and the attic insulation got disturbed. This winter, the new shower line in the ceiling froze. I had BayTherm come out to give an estimate. They were the cheapest and most knowledgeable about how to really fix the problem. I feel I got more value than expected."

Drywall Insulation questions, answered by experts

Cracks, water damage, and holes from fixtures or impact.

White walls are the toughest color to keep clean and maintain, as they’re extremely unforgiving when it comes to dirt, splatters, dust, and smudges. Still, many people look past their high-maintenance requirements because they lighten and modernize a space beautifully. If you’re opting for white walls, it’s especially important to keep up with regular cleanings, so they stay pristine.

Drywall tape is made of paper, while drywall mesh is made of fiberglass or metal. Drywall mesh patches are suitable for repairing small holes in drywall, while paper drywall tape holds a crease better for corners. You need joint compound to adhere drywall tape to the wall, while mesh patches may be self-adhesive.

Through expert matching of texture and paint for an invisible repair.

Wet-sanding and dry-sanding each have pros and cons. Dry-sanding is less messy, so it’s a good option if you’re trying to minimize dust (for example, if you’re sanding an occupied home or working with particularly dry or dusty drywall mud). However, dry-sanding is quicker because you don’t have to keep rinsing a sponge or wait for it to dry before painting.
