No extra charge for an emergency, nor did they try to up-sale me, which as an older, single woman, easily could have happened!!! What honesty and professionalism!!!! Only took Noah and Hayden 45 minutes to install and not a drop of water since. Thank you!! Highly recommend!!!!"
