He wasn't pushy or sales-y and he patiently answered all our questions. It was a totally different experience than with the bigger company we got a quote from, where they tried to steer us toward a very expensive option. They did the work quickly and without making a mess. Every employee we interacted with was great. I think I was most impressed by Michael's willingness to answer any and all questions over text. He always responded promptly and in great detail. In the end they solved our water issue at 1/4 the cost of what the other company quoted us. I would absolutely hire them again!"
