She was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I had two appointments with Jon - the estimate and the stain sample. He made a very good first impression. He was friendly and personable. He answered all my questions and communicated the plan to me very well. After I accepted the quote, he came back for the stain sample. He was timely and quickly sanded down an area of the floor to show me the options. He gave me his knowledgeable opinion of the best options based on my wants and needs.
