Extremely well! The owner, Scott Wozny, is very easy to work with. He arrives on time, consulted with us whenever he had a question, and in many cases made suggestions that were better than what we had planned on doing. I would certainly hire him again for any project on my home - inside or outside.

GREAT! I've hired Scott Wozny (owner) previously and would recommend him without hesitation. This time he washed, primed & painted my over 100 year old 3-story farm house & replaced the deck flooring, stairs & railing outside. Inside he gutted 3 plaster & lath rooms, did re-framing, insulated, added drywall, painted, added woodwork, laid waterproof vinyl flooring and porcelain tile, added backsplash in my kitchen AND was instrumental in recommending other small contracting companies for jobs that he did not do: electrical, plumbing, countertops, patio replacement, etc.

Not only does the unit look great, but Scott and his helper were extremely neat, did not get paint on any of the decorative woodwork and cleaned up after themselves. The patching done was excellent, cracks were repaired to a point where they were not visible after painting - and all this on a home built in the late 1800's. In addition I received a discount for paying in cash - something I ask every contractor I hire about. The cost listed below is the full cost, prior to discount. Scott met the deadline by a week and I would certainly hire him again!

Removed floor, walls and ceiling to the studs and started from scratch. Installed a walk-in rain shower, exhaust fan, sink, toilet and tile. They kept me informed on each step. After the project was started I asked to include a heated floor and new ceiling light in the hall out side of the bathroom. They were happy to accommodate. Did an amazing job and gave me exactly what I was looking for.

He started on time did a superior construction and paint job and, given the unanticipated additional work and spotty weather, finished on time. Professional courteous and attentive to detail.

Scott was prompt, punctual and professional. His initial estimate was higher than what I had budgeted, but he reduced his labor fee to come closer to my budget, which was appreciated. After seeing all the work involved, I found the cost to be fair. Scott, along with Dan, worked long hours until the job was completed. The windows look terrific and they matched the trim stain to the rest of the house. Scott advised me of each step and asked if I was satisfied before moving on. They were considerate of my family and cleaned up each evening before leaving for the day.
