"Mario arrived on time. He was very pleasant and personable! He brought in all of his equipment and took his shoes off without being asked. Our registers were already removed so he went through the house and took pictures inside of the registers. He showed us the pictures and told us that they didn't need to be cleaned but it was up to us. There was no dirt or dust build up inside the registers so we decided not to have the ducts cleaned. I asked him what we owed him and he said nothing! That was so kind of him! What a wonderful person! When the time comes to have the ducts cleaned, I would call Dairy State Cleaning to clean them! He was up front about the things that could and couldn't be fixed and knowledgeable about cleaning carpet. We even had Pad Injection done at the site of a couple of really bad pet soiling areas. The whole house smells nice and clean now, and the carpets look great. There were a few spots that couldn't be gotten totally clean due to abuse on our part (really we should vacuum more often) but it looks fantastic. He took extra time at the end with his UV light to look for any remaining pet stains."
