"The salesman Christian was very helpful, professional and easy to talk to. The overall work was done in one day with 2 egress windows installed and 4 old basement windows replaced with block windows and they did a beautiful job. Installers were so polite and very clean. They put up drapes to prevent concrete dust from flying all over. They laid down cloth runners so that they would not track in dirt. They laid plywood in the grass for equipment to drive on so as not to cause any damage to grass, and cleaned up any dirt and gravel that was left behind. When they left, you would have never known they were there but for the amazing new high quality windows. They did work at my sisters house and did an equally great job. Prices were low to make it an even nicer experience."

Our situation was challenging in that it took a few tries and commitment to solve the problem. Acculevel stood by their work 120% which is not an exaggeration. When their initial solution unfortunately did not work as well as planned, the level of care and things they did to remedy the situation were well above and beyond what I know others would have done. They made it right and then some. It is my opinion that the challenges we faced would have occurred with ANY provider, but Acculevel kept their promise to fix our problem vs find a way to exit.
