"Contacted S&S for quote on 5/6/22, prior to the beginning of exterior Painting season. Said he was going away a few days and asked for my contact info via text. On 5/8, he requested a list of what I needed done. I took the time to Email the list and received no follow-up. I waited patiently until this month, June 1, and sent a message asking when I could hear from him. I was waiting patiently, as I learned this was a Local Contractor AND they were on Angi's List. Still no reply. Today, 6/2, I called, left a VM and received a text reply saying he was planning on stopping tonite to look at job. There was no advance notice, but he was going to come tonite? I was not available this short of notice. Then, after a bunch of excuses for not responding he told me he had a $5000 job minimum, he did not have time for my job until August, and I should contact another Contractor. WOW. I waited since May 6 for this? We consumers know that if we don't contact a Contractor early in the season we will end up waiting until the end of the season to get our jobs done. Now I should try finding another Contractor... to quote? and then try to get on a schedule... for when? I patiently waited on this Contractor to get here to quote my job and then he brings up a $5k minimum, etc??!! Does he have this requirement listed on Angi? Or was that a lie too? I can't imagine how many excuses this Contractor would have in the future, if I had hired him? I feel I did everything right. I went on Angi to find a reputable Contractor/Painter. I waited patiently around his "current" situation. But not following up to a prospective customer you left waiting for you, then not replying to communication as to "an update please?" is just POOR business practices and inconsiderate, as now I have to try and find another contractor when we're already well into the season of contractor's being booked far out. YOU SHOULD NOT BE REFERRING THIS CONTRACTOR!!"

"A & B Coatings installed a flake floor system in our finished basement and it turned out so great we asked them to install matching flooring on the stairs of our open staircase. They answered our questions and were very responsive. Their service and communication was great. The floor system looks really nice â we love it and weâ ve gotten a lot of compliments on it. Some perks about this type of flooring: (1) The stairs have a great no-slip texture. (2) It looks much better than a plain epoxy or paint finish and easily as nice as the carpet we had previously. (3) The flake flooring in our basement is much warmer than I expected; certainly warmer than the ceramic tile we have in the bathroom. (4) Itâ s easy to take care of and the pattern in the flake doesnâ t show dust/dirt easily. (5) We quoted new carpet for other bedrooms in our house and that confirmed the pricing on the flake flooring system is reasonable, especially considering the durability of this flooring vs. carpet. Weâ re very happy with the flooring and our experience with A & B was very positive."

"We needed our garage painted ASAP to satisfy a requirement on the sale of our house. Due to the weather forecasted I was really concerned that we wouldn’t have enough time to complete this prior to the temps dropping (November in WI.) GETS painting was able to get out the same day and finished before the temps dropped, we were lucky enough to get 2 warmer than usual days in a row. I had Sebastian for the team lead and he did an outstanding job! He has a great eye for noticing anything that needed more or less work. I did my painting in 2 phases. I asked for Sebastian again and he did another amazing job! Most of the guys didn’t speak English but I had no problem with them. They even came back when I noticed a few holes that needed some touching up. I highly recommend them!"
