"I was so impressed with Bruce and this company. They always responded promptly (which is a really big deal up here in Door County). Bruce came out and measured the deck I needed power washed and stained and showed me color choices. He then setup an appointment with me and his crew actually arrived as planned. They used quality materials. After the deck dried there were some patches that didn’t absorb the stain as well as other spots. I talked to Bruce about my concerns. He came out immediately and agreed that it needed a second coat. The crew came back. I was so pleased with the way this company stood behind their work and wanted it to be perfect. I am 100% pleased and will hire N.E.W. again in a heartbeat."

"After a bad experience with another painter, I decided to try one more time. And am I glad I did. John came over to give me an estimate on a Monday evening. He asked several questions, really seeming to care about my concerns. He and his crew were at my door ready to get to work promptly at 7:45 Friday morning. By noon they had completed the job. I honestly expected this to take most of the day, but I ran home to inspect and pay him and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of work. They even offered to put my room back together! I declined because I wanted to vacuum the floor and furniture before putting everything in place. I will definitely call John again when I have another project.
