Some perks about this type of flooring: (1) The stairs have a great no-slip texture. (2) It looks much better than a plain epoxy or paint finish and easily as nice as the carpet we had previously. (4) Itâ s easy to take care of and the pattern in the flake doesnâ t show dust/dirt easily. (5) We quoted new carpet for other bedrooms in our house and that confirmed the pricing on the flake flooring system is reasonable, especially considering the durability of this flooring vs. carpet.
