"In spite of the fact that home advisor totally messed everything up because I wasnâ t looking for carpet cleaning I was looking for someone to evacuate water from my carpet after a bad storm. I tried to call and speak with the supervisor at home advisor I was put on hold for a long time and then was hung up on. Their customer service is totally subpar and I wouldnâ t recommend home advisor to anybody. Iâ m reporting HomeAdvisor to the Better Business Bureau."

"The tech came out on a Saturday and not to mention at the beginning of a blizzard at 7 am. They had to cancel my previous appointments to the weather and the safety condidtions of the roads. They made every possible way to reschedule and did. The cleaning was good too....got out a huge stain from water damage in my basement."

"The cleaning was ok but the timing was really inconsiderate. Both times they dropped off one person to start and it would be more than an hour before the couple came to help so took up a lot of my time. The first time for the deep cleaning, they were supposed to start at 0900, didn't get there til 11:00, dropped one person off, came back after 1pm. I had told them I needed to be done by 2pm so then they were going to pospone carpet cleaning and that was what I had really wanted done. Said they could be done by 4pm, done around 4:30pm, left two windows and a door to clean, left my doors unlocked and two windows not back up or locked."
