"The tech came out on a Saturday and not to mention at the beginning of a blizzard at 7 am. They had to cancel my previous appointments to the weather and the safety condidtions of the roads. They made every possible way to reschedule and did. The cleaning was good too....got out a huge stain from water damage in my basement."

Both times they dropped off one person to start and it would be more than an hour before the couple came to help so took up a lot of my time. The first time for the deep cleaning, they were supposed to start at 0900, didn't get there til 11:00, dropped one person off, came back after 1pm. I had told them I needed to be done by 2pm so then they were going to pospone carpet cleaning and that was what I had really wanted done. Said they could be done by 4pm, done around 4:30pm, left two windows and a door to clean, left my doors unlocked and two windows not back up or locked."
