"This was to repair issues caused by inadequate installation of a front door/entry to our home a couple years ago. Due to the construction, and not checking at time of door install, water runoff from storms would collect above the doorway (outside) and slowly rotted the wood just above the door (also allowed for leaks into the home and rotted part of the door frame). Company replaced all rotted wood, redid the flashing and sealed everything so that water cannot collect any longer. Several storms later (I waited until I was satisfied) all is well...and dry. :)

He adjusted the door travel at the top to get the full eight foot opening. He then proceeded to adjust the closing for a snug fit with no hard impact"
