VERY knowledgeable!! Team did GREAT work. Were super responsive to the one small complaint I had (didn't fill small hole in outside wall where AC piping went in, bummer for mice entry....). They offered to fix right away, but I had already. So far, very happy with American furnace that was installed!! Easy master controller to operate. Keith came over and reviewed equipment, install and operation as well as optimization points with us. VERY useful!!!!"
