The appointment was less than a week after I called. The technician was a few minutes early, and worked efficiently. He explained what he did in detail.

Mack was prompt, honest and knew what he was doing. He’s been doing this work for a while. We thought our 20 year old air conditioner would need to be replaced. Ended up we just needed to replace the capacitor and add more Freon. He sealed the areas that the Freon was leaking from.

Called them Monday morning at 7:00 and they were here by 11:15 and had the A/C fixed within 15 minutes. Outstanding service and outstanding price. Will definitely be using them for all of my HVAC needs.

In a word, excellent! Extremely quick response on a Saturday, no less. The troubleshooting was a bit lengthy BUT, Mack found the problem and made sure it was the ONLY problem! Had a "universal" part in his mobile inventory, which he tweaked to perform like an OEM unit. Unit has been running without fault ever since repair. I would highly recommend Mack at Seasonal Survival for anyone needing repairs! I also understand he does new installations, as well.

Seasons survival installed the WRONG size furnace for the PVC pipes we have. We have had three other HVAC companies out to review it and they can't believe that seasons survival installed a furnace without regard to the factory specifications. it is right in the furnace manual that it should only be installed with 3 inch pipes and we have 2 inch pvc pipes. Also they say based on our square footage and because we have two furnaces that we required only 80,000btu furnaces but they installed 120, 000. So we have furnaces that are too strong, and also going into too small piping, resulting in 1. inefficient heating, 2. dangerous backflow resulting in faulty valve and gas leak 3. furnace that is too loud and shuts off and turns on, cycle very frequently, 4. they didn't register our furnaces with Goodman and so now the warranty is void, and on and on. I don't even want to call them back to fix it because of the blatant errors in the installation makes me worried they are incompetent to do any further correction, which basically at this point, means replacing all the 2 inch pvc with 3 inch pvc, and knocking out bricks on exterior of our house to retrofit them. a 2, 500$ "fix"

We have relied on Seasonal Services for years for an annual fall check-up with our furnace. The furnace suddenly started blowing cold air this spring and we realized that our furnace was over 20 years old. Seasonal Services recommended replacement given the part that was going was very expensive relative to the life of the furnace. He quoted a replacement that was quality and a fair price. They replaced it and we are happy with the performance thus far. We also know that they will be there if we have any problems in the future.

Their Two person team was all that is expected and more in all aspects of service and professionalism. Great personality and easy to work with. I would recommend to anyone.

Mack arrived within days from my first phone call and in less than an hour he 1) replaced the old thermostat with a new smart one, set it up, and explained how it works; 2) found the issue with the HVAC unit, fixed the freon leak, and made sure everything is functioning properly before he left. As always, we are extremely pleased with Mack's knowledge, responsiveness, and service. He has been our go-to person for everything HVAC-related for over half a decade.

So, our AC decided to stop working Saturday night. Found Seasonal Survival on Angi and highly rated. On Sunday sent them an email but since they were closed on Sundays I figured I would call them Monday morning to see if someone could come look at it. Mack emailed me back saying it was OK to call now to schedule an appointment(even on a Sunday night)! So, I called him and his son(also Mack) showed up before noon the next day and had my AC up and running in no time. Now that is SERVICE! And, the kicker is the price to repair was so reasonable I was suprised and super happy. I would definitely go to Seasonal Survival for my AC or Heater needs in the future. Thanks Mack and Mack for your quick and knowledgeable response/repair to my AC problem. I feel it getting cooler already....AHHH :-)

"Seasonal Survival" highly recommend. Our AC went out yesterday sometime. Compressor wouldn't start. Looked around online this morning and was going to start getting estimates to replace (it's pretty old). Found them on Angies list with high ratings... and they were "open". Called and was immediately answered by Mack (the owner). We talked about the problem and he said he had an opening at 4:30 and would like to check it out before quoting a new system. It's now 11:45, he just left and my AC is working. Charged me $75 for the visit and the replacement capacitor. On a Saturday!!

Mack called and asked if he could come early. A pleasant surprise on a nice day. He found the problem right away. Very knowledgeable and professional. Reasonable rates.

I've used Seasonal Survival a few times now for checking out our HVAC systems and have found them more thorough than other companies. They have also been easy to work with and priced competitively. I have not used them for any serious maintenance or system replacements so can not review those services.

Great! Problem was the capacitor which was replaced.Then tech (Mark) checked freon pressure and told me the system was in good shape. I was impressed; definitely will use them again.
