It was such a sigh of relief to see it done well and at reasonable timing. The persistent small basement leak issue had been happening every spring and fall for 8 years. Now it's all set up with the best fix money can buy. So glad for their valued help! Location of installed flex gas line (next to and in the same opening as the metal dryer vent) was not anticipated. I drilled a new hold with spade bit and extension and rerouted the gas line.
