"They showed up on time, and the work performed was perfect. I previously used another large, local cleaning company to clean my carpets, but their service was poor and I wasn't treated very well when I voiced my complaints. "This was my first time hiring through Home Advisor. I did have some reservation but those were quickly laid to rest. I wanted to have my pump turned on for the spring/summer and have some sprinkler heads moved due to concrete we are going to lay. He was able to find out that the wiring done was not done correctly as well as some other maintenance items. I am glad that he communicated other issues with our system. "I called the service because I had some old gross stuff left behind in the basement. I wasn't sure how it would go, but I needed to have it OUT. So I made an appointment for a Saturday morning. The company called to comfirm and then called to let me know they should be at my home shortly, because the weather had changed to heavy rain. I can not say enough!! They came I pointed to the stuff, they removed it all. The two man where polite and about their business no fooling around. So after that job, I called them again, and once again, I called, they came over I pointed to the stuff and they removed it. I loved it.
