With the Polar Vortex of 2019 we needed snow removal because our tractor was not being cooperative. I posted on Home Advisor and within minutes John was on the phone asking about the details of the job. He agreed to do the work for us, and was here when he said he would be with equipment appropriate for the job. He completed the snow removal quickly and professionally. We will likely retain this company for our future snow removal needs. GREAT customer service and communication.....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
