He explained what the problem was, and told me that it could best be solved by a carpenter, as it was not a cement foundation problem as I thought it was. He also gave a price range of what he thought it would cost. Would hire if I had a problem."

"Rich came to give us a quote the same day we called. He told us what items could be cleaned and saved and what had to be disposed of. He took the time and explained everything thoroughly. The next morning his crew came on time and got right to work. Rich and the guys did a great job cleaning our basement. You would never know their was ever sewage in our basement. We are very happy with their work. We highly recommend Custom Craft Environmental."
