- Express Garage Door ServiceVery frustrated with Express Garage Door Service! We needed an overhead door replaced. I called Andy it took about a week for him to stop out to measure the door we ordered the door April 2,2022 I had to give him a 30% deposit. He gave me an install date of 3 to 4 weeks, I figured end of April or early May. We heard nothing for several months. I contacted Andy if the door was in he said he would check, He never got back to me for a few weeks I contacted him again and once again was told that he would check. No response! Several unanswered calls and messages over the next few weeks! December 6 2022 he finally answered my call and said the door was in and he would get it installed. After several weekly unanswered calls and messages to schedule an install date, I left a message trying to remain patient and polite that I needed the door installed or my deposit returned. No response! January 3,2023 I called Andy and he answered my call but was laughing so hard I couldn’t understand him. I asked to schedule an install date, he said he would call me back in 20 minutes and hung up on me. No call back and would not answer my calls or messages! My Wife called Andy after work he answered her call she kept him on the phone and finally got an install scheduled for Saturday morning at 8am He was a no show! No call! And no answer both of our calls or messages. We left voice messages and text messages that if he was not going to install the door we needed our deposit back. Now very frustrated With Express Garage Door Service I did some checking and found out that Express Garage Door Service was a discontinued business since 2019! Andy is still using the name on invoices and business cards and voicemails. We are trying to figure out where we can go from here. We are contacting the BBB and any other agencies that may help. PLEASE do NOT do business with Express Garage Door Service or Andrew Manislovic

- Feldco Windows Siding and DoorsSo disappointed and frustrated with this Feldco. Poor service, poor communication and extremely poor quality installation. I’m over four months into the siding installation and it’s still totally unexceptable. Missing insulation, siding literally falling off my house, trim is terrible, nothing fits right and when they installed my gutters they put a downspout on the end of my garage where I never had one and when it rains the water runs and pools right in front of my garage doors. The house is a redo but the project manager keeps sending crews to “patch it”. My salesman was great at selling but when it came to follow ups when the remodel was going wrong, he was rude and condescending. I wish I would have checked the reviews before they got my money. This whole project with Feldco has been a giant mess. I would never recommend this company
- Overhead Garage Door IncThere was a mix-up on the address for the work on first try. Apprarantly they did not see the "ship to" address I entered and went to my primary account address. Rescheduled for next day at proper location. Tune up on the two main grage doors, which included thorough oil application, explanation of doors in place including watch-outs, replaced one roller and provided remote battery replacement. Even did a little lubrication on a smaller back door. VERY pleased with the service and would recommend
- West Suburban Garage DoorsThe service was amazing. I called West Suburban Garage Doors about 9:30 am saying the garage door wasn't working. The service person, Karl, was in the area and came by in about 20 minutes. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and told me what would need to be done. The mechanics inside the motor were shot and the entire apparatus would need to be replaced. Karl gave me the cost, warranty information, and happened to work it out with his schedule that he could do the work immediately between other jobs. Everything was explained very clearly to me and the price seemed right. The work was done by 11:30, and we are extremely pleased. Karl answered all of my questions and in addition gave me some tips for keeping the springs and door itself tracking properly. All of this on an extremely cold day, in an unheated garage. I couldn't have asked for better service. I highly recommend this company, and specifically, Karl

When the estimate was made, it was right in line with other estimates, but this estimate was the only company that I felt actually knew what they were doing. The actual install was performed by Adam, who was also excellent. Dan also came out to do the custom work with the weather stripping.
