This company is very responsive and customer-oriented! I had a problem with my garage door after sweeping out the garage. I must have mis-aligned the electronic eyes during my sweeping process. I called Overhead Door (a company that I found on Angie's List), and described my problem. The dispatcher said a technician would come at the end of the day. I was fine with that. However, an hour later, I got a call from one of the men in the office, who said it seemed like a simple problem, and did I want him to stop by in a few minutes to look at it. I said yes, and about 15 minutes later, he showed up. He said the technicians were very busy, and he thought he could fix my problem, so he wanted to try and save one of the technicians a trip out. He was able to fix the door, and then he proceeded to lubricate all the wheels and springs. When he was done, I asked whether he would bill me or did he want payment right then. He said, "Oh, no payment. This was a simple job." When I tried to give him $20 for his trouble, he wouldn't even take that! I promised him I would call if I ever had a big job to do, like replacing the door or opener.

Getting work done right at a fair price is difficult in the Northwoods, but these guys did great. The product, price, timing, and communication were top notch. Everyone is helpful, regardless of their job at the company.

George came and gave me an estimate and color options for my new garage door. I called back with what I wanted. It took only one week to get the door in. George installed the door quickly with out any problems. He is great to work with!!

Lakeland Overhead Door were good. There was nothing unexpected, no surprises. We thought we needed more than we did. They found a defect in one of the opener drives and one guy did it. They were very good, surprisingly efficient and honest.
