Great experience. My old chain drive opener broke. Wanted to upgrade to a super quiet side wall mounted unit. Called the number provided by Angie's List. Wayne answered immediately. No voice mail. No press 3 for an operator. A real life person named Wayne answered the phone on 2 occasions. Gave me a quote over the phone, then scheduled me for the installation a few days later. Crew showed up on time as promised. Installed the opener exactly where I wanted it. Great experience. Price seemed very fair. Will definitely use again when my other old opener breaks.

We selected a better , insulated door and belt drive opener, with the help of Wayne. We waited a few weeks and then called to place our order. Lakes Area Garage Door emailed me my quote and after I signed and returned it, they ordered our door. They let me know about a week later that the door was ready to go. We set up installation for 8:00-8:30 on a Tuesday. They arrived at 8am and were done by 10am. We are very satisfied with our new door and opener, as well as the installation. We paid to have the old door hauled away. All said we are very Satisfied.

It was a great experience. Called back right away. Was honest about weekend pricing and said if we could wait until monday it would be less costly....very grateful he was honest. Showed 30 minutes prior to appointment time. Great job.

They came out within a couple hours of me calling them. Originally they came out just to do the shed door, but I asked about the garage door being adjusted, and they had no problem doing that as well. They repaired the runners on the shed door and also the garage door. They did an excellent job realigning everything. The guys who came out were very nice and did a good job.
