The first man who came even cut a piece of drywall out so we could see inside and that was a big help. He started with the safest product, sprayed in the walls and outside. He even took an ant sample because he found one that was not a carpenter ant. A second technician came two weeks later for a follow up and we determined something stronger was needed to make sure the entire colony was killed before a carpenter comes in to replace some of the wood. Both technicians explained what they were doing and why in detail and were so polite and informed. They are returning in a month to check up on things but i think we have it all under control. "Brian was prompt, professional, and very accomadating. He provided a free estimate and did a walkthrough, taking note of specific areas that I thought needed extra attention. He answered all my questions and provided common sense advice. I've had him over for two visits. The first time was earlier this summer to handled inside/outside work along with wiping an ant infestation in my kitchen. He also did preventitive work on drain flies. The second visit was to kill centipedes and bees. Both times the problems were solved and I haven't seen any return on any of the insects.

"Happily the 1950's home that we wanted needed only an inspection to qualify for a VA loan. They were very responsive and good to worked with us to make arrangements with the seller's representative for the inspection. The inspection occurred without problem as scheduled. The report was provided promptly so we could meet the lender's deadline for our desired closing. There was a minor mix up on my payment for the service because they didn't bill me at first, but that was easily resolved. All and all a very positive experience.
