They created 3D designs of the entire house, helped us pick out materials in their showroom, and kept us in the loop the whole way through. Jackie was absolutely amazing with updates, always friendly and such a pleasure to work with! I will miss her and our daily chats a lot ❤️Kate is a tough cookie, she’s straightforward, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable whenever big decisions came up. The entire process was well organized and stayed right on schedule. "I cannot say enough good things about Rich and his crew at Custom Craft Environmental. After having our sump get overwhelmed by 7+ inches of rain, we were lost. Made several calls to "national" water clean up companies with no reason. Rich was at our house 2 hrs after we called and his crew was there the next morning. They were efficient, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, punctual. Price was good and work was excellent. We highly, highly recommend."

"This service was exactly what I was looking for.  I wasn't confident about choosing the new look for my living room.  I wasn't sure what my "style" was, and what would look good together.  I needed a consultant to let me know if the items I was considering would look good together.  Amanda called me and we talked about what I liked/didnt like.  She had me post pictures from Pinterest and Houzz of rooms I liked.  From that she was able to tell me what my style was.  She noticed things I never realized before.  For example I apparently picked the exact style couch in every picture I posted.  As I found furniture I liked I would send her photos and she would let me know if she thought they would go good together.  For example she recomended a different coffee table - i needed one that was more substantial to balance the size of the sofa.  She also helped me fine-tune the paint colors for my walls - I thought this was the hardest part of designing the room, but I love the results. 
I was basically looking for someone to guide my choices, but they will also modify their level of service depending on what you need (cost varies depending on service needed).
I would positively use them again!!

"From start to finish the entire crew led by Brian were amazing!  They were prompt and worked all day and cleaned up after themselves.  They took the time to educate us on what was being done.  I loved their friendly attitude and could not be happier.  Brian even replaced my old bird feeder and put up a bird house for me even though it was not in the contract!  Now talk about Midwest hospitality.  I would highly recommend Hip and Ridge Construction for any future projects!  Todd kept every promise and then some!  We live in Los Angeles and have our vacation home is located up in North Western Wisconsin.  I was blown away with the service and how fast everything got done.  I also know they did an exceptional job because a visiting friend in the same business stated so!  Todd the owner even checked up on us several times just to make sure we were enjoying our vacation and if we needed anything at all!  Talk about A+ service!  They offered us financing and made the entire process easy! We were hesitant about hiring someone to replace our roof and Todd made the process a confident decision!  
I also loved how personable he and his crew were.  They are truly a top notch construction crew and I would also like to add I know a thing or two about customer service!  I have served in Law Enforcement for over 20 years now and I appreciate the honesty and transparency the entire staff provided.  
Thank you Hip and Ridge for your amazing job well done!  WE LOVE our new roof!  We also felt as though we made new friends which is rare in this industry!

"I called because my pottery kiln was not working, I thought it was just a problem with my breaker.  I was wrong! After checking power in my studio I found out that half of my studio was not getting power and my 220 outlet were only putting out 110 power(not Good)
I called K&N services and told them this was an urgent problem . He said he would stop in the next day and HE DID After checking out my electrical box he discovered that my main breaker was out. This could have ended upa $1300.00 because my electrical box is an outdated model . He went to several electrical supply houses and found one for my outdated electrical box, saving me a ton of money. He was fast, courtious, and saved me a lot of money. This not the kind of service I am used to recieving , I will use him for all future work on my home and studio, Including a new roof in spring.
