Family owned business my fiance and myself run the company. We’ve have about 20 years of experience with various handyman jobs, flooring installations, painting and gutters. We live in Park Fall and are willing to service Price county and surrounding areas. We firmly believe in doing the job right the first time and if it’s not good enough for my own house it’s not good enough for a customers house. "I contacted Ray based on the reviews, it is a **Veteran** owned company and listed here. He even came on a Sunday for measurements. He was given. $1500 deposit on Dec. 15th, I had to contact him Dec.27th. He said **shipping** was slow during the holidays. AGAIN I contacted him via text, 3 phone calls and through the most famous social media messaging app. NO return contact. I did see on Facebook that they are **moving** and there was a sale starting Jan4th. I take it that they are going out of business and are trying to liquidate. I am beyond frustrated and angry. I needed the installation for my handicapped father who is moving in with me...a Veteran. I am really hoping I can get a resolution that is satisfactory through Home Advisor. ***UPDATE: A week after this review, I got a text saying that they had everything and were ready to schedule the install. No apology or anything. The Lady and Gentleman who actually came to do the install were very professional and very good at their job. They took their time with the littlest details. They brought an envelope with the invoice of the remaining balance with a note that thanked us for our patience. The two installers did mention they had just gotten an earful from other clients. The installers said it was due to the location move that there was the â lapseâ in communication. Iâ m still very annoyed, but I really like the people who did the install. We need more flooring but Iâ m gun shy about this company now."

Had a hard time communicating, many times only got voice mail.Seemed to us the contractor had too many jobs going on at the same time. We did not feel our project was a high priority. Overall we are happy with the results but were quite frustrated at times"
