Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. I am my only employee, but I have over 20 years experience fixing computers, and providing superior customer service. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! If you have a computer problem, I promise you that you couldn't find a better technician that will care about you as a customer, and not about the bottom line. "We recently moved into our home and had felt that the air quality was poor and the vents needed to be cleaned. We were experiencing new allergies and chronic congestion. Jami was excellent when explaining the services and pricing, Dillon and team worked very hard to clean our entire system. After the requested cleaning, they showed before and after pictures of each vent/main. Dillon discovered mold in the furnace and in basement vents. The team stayed later than expected to add sanitation and furnace cleaning. All at an extremely reasonable price. We notice a big difference in our air quality in our house! We all feel better and deal with a lot less dusting when cleaning the house."

"Rich was here when he said he would be. He checked the walls for moisture and mold, He also checked the basement for any moisture
or water damage. He found a little moisture in one wall of the basement and suggested possible fixes that I was capable of doing.
Over all he suggested that the roofer placed the exhaust fan to low, and that could be possible problems in the future.
 I would definitely recommend Custom Craft Environmental to anyone who has mold or water damage.

"What I didn't like, I hadn't had any other problem in my house until I had an air conditioning problem.  While, they did take care of fixing most of the stuff with the air conditioning.  I did have to pay for the coolant that went into it, that was kind of aggravating, since you  know you are already going to pay a $60-$80 service charge for something and the you turn around and think you are covered and find out there are gaps of coverage.  We'll fix the part and pay for the labor but everything else is on you.  I think outside of price all the categories are an "A".  For price I'd give it a "C", because it's not like you are getting complete coverage.  I'd use them again if I needed to, I'd definitely consider it."
