In early Spring we reached out to T&A, with not knowing any contractors in the area etc we were very lucky to find them. Got us on the schedule and assisted us with colors, the process etc. After it was all said and done we were not only absolutely impressed with the staining of our deck but know they are available for so much more. "It was great i was told by nick he would be at my place at 12 pm and he actually was 15 min earlies he set up my whole garage to work on cars exactly how i wanted and imagined he even built my work bench so it collapses into the wall like i wanted and put outlets in it as well he was reasonably priced and didnt rape me with labor i am having him come back this spring to redo my deck as well he was professionable and knowledgeable"

"Elmer Robey and his crew did a professional thorough job of power washing the entire exterior of house, aggregate sidewalks/patio, driveway, mailbox, retaining walls and deck. They also stained the entire deck and sealed the aggregate sidewalks. They cleaned up after they were done and put our furniture back up on deck (we tipped 2 guys). We were overall very pleased with their work and would hire them again. We highly recommend Key City Powerwash and Maintenance!!"

"The windows our great! Energy saving due to the insulated glass saves money and never fogs or has condensation on the windows. The durability and ease of cleaning and opening these windows are a dream! Along with the aesthetics.
The crew that came to install the windows did awesome work fast cleaned up there work area things were in great shape when leaving. Since then I have had follow up calls and follow visits to make sure everything is working as I believe it should be which it is. Great company!! Would have them do any work for me and my family and would have them do anyone else's work too. Do not let this company slip by without a try!"
