His communication was prompt, and he was able to get us in his schedule within a week of reaching out for a quote. work was completed within the day despite some issues they ran into with their equipment. the cement patch he used has not set after a week of curing time, so we plan on re-patching the small hole that was necessary to the job (will be an easy fix, but im not sure what he used to fill) . This is the only reason this is a 4 star review rather than a 5. overall, we are very pleased with the work and prompt communication."
