He carefully and diligently removed and replaced the old vinyl, glue and strips, He put cording on the step sides to cover a gap between the step and wall - finished product looks beautiful! He also secured a bathroom vanity prior to replacing the caulk.. He ordered and replaced stripped window cranks. Overall, Oscar was very professional, attended to detail and kept me informed throughout the project. Excellent work!"

Update: (August 26) - We’ve been impressed with Prairie Exteriors for years, but their work after our April 2026 hail damage reminded us why we trust them so much. This wasn’t a small job — 4,300 square feet of roofing with complicated angles, six skylights, interior patching and painting after the skylights were replaced, gutter‑guard and downspout work, and replacement of several LP trim boards. Prairie handled every part of it with confidence, clarity, and professionalism from the very beginning. They used all the proper materials, installation processes and even provided a transferable lifetime warranty, which gives us confidence not only in the work but in the long‑term value of our home. "I replaced all my windows, gutters and downspouts. The crew showed on time each day and job took less than 3 days. The area inside and out was cleaned up each day. "It went very well. We had some issues with our roof leaking and couldn't find the source or correct the problem. It is an older roof with a few layers of shingles, but we can't afford to replace it quite yet. The owner and one of his employees stopped by and did a thorough inspection of the roof for us and found the main problem. They suggested a quick and dirty fix to immediately remedy the problem until we could afford to replace the roofing. Overall, helpful advice and a great job finding the issue.

"I had talked to Pete a couple of days earlier and I had reservations about the weather. even though it was the hottest day of the year. Pete decided to come over. they arrived at the agreed time, got to work right away. Removed old gutters, replaced with new and leaf guards, cleaned up and were gone. very good looking installation and I feel a very comparable cost. Would definitely recommend them for anyone."
