What a great crew! I called them for a quote- they were incredibly responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Kyle came out to take a look- he came well equipped and efficiently collected the needed data. I'd be happy to work with him again. This team is a well run machine and will get your needs done quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!

The plumber did a good job and was prompt but when they say $99 for estimate and if you do the work it's not part of it I would have to question that. Pretty expensive water line.

The replacement of the P-trap cost $800. The parts (pvc pipe components- no mechanical or moving items) would be less than $100. The technician was at our home for 2.5 hours which means Frasiers charged us about $280 per hour. They say they don't charge by the hour, but this seems like a good way to hide how much they charge. My husband paid the bill and when I got home and got a full understanding of what was done, I researched the job online. When I found out Chicago plumbers do the same job at less than half the price I was upset. I emailed Frasiers to find out if there had been some error in the billing. They called me back once, said they would have to talk to the plumber who did the work and they would call me back. Of course, they never did. Wouldn't return any of my calls either. Guess they operate on a "take the money and run" philosophy. They sure profited obscenely off of our ignorance of plumbing. Any time I hear anyone needed plumbing work I make sure to warn them about these swindlers.

The overall experience was Excellent. All services were performed with professionalism and attention to detail. They were able to give us immediate feedback on the best replacements for our bathroom. We were kept informed about any concerns they encountered as well as providing us with photos of the progress. This was an excellent experience and the outcome was terrific. We will use them again for our plumbing and heating needs.

Wanted to camera the line for $500 more but eventually came down to $150 even with the warrantee for the April blockage but declined their offer.  Fraisers said wouldn't honor the warrantee any more.  Got someone else to come out and other company cleaned out the line and found no blockage but it has been fine ever since.  Fraisers came right away which was nice.  Very high charge for the service which was 6 times higher than other company charged who fixed the problem.  It seemed like the blockage was moved from one part of the sewer system to another by Fraisers.  Even had the city come and check the city sewer lines, which were ok.  Have always had Fraisers come to fix things and had inconsistent satisfaction with the quality of their work.  Would not use them again.

Excellent, however 2 days later I noticed a leak of coolant.  Being a Sunday morning at 6am and leaving for home I sent a text to the person who sold us the units.  I did not expect to hear from anyone on a Sunday but he returned my text and picked up my key and took care of fixing the leak.  It was not the fault of  Frasier's but the manufacturer had the wrong type of pressure component and because of this the unit leaked.  Within a couple of hours he had a man out there to put in the correct component.  He said he would follow up until he was satisfied that there was not leak.
The 2 installers, Pete and Jeff were very professional and cleaned up when they were all finished.
The person who sold us the units, Jasen Price, was very professional and went out of his way to make sure that all work performed was up to standards.

The promptness, professionalism and quality of work were fine. We definitely appreciated having them come and fix it while we were away. However, the price was ridiculous. The cost of a new condensate pump at Home Depot, etc. turns out to be between $50 and $100. The replacement consisted of unplugging the old pump, sliding it out from under the drain hose, setting down the new one, inserting the hose in the opening, and turning it on, maybe 5 minutes. With the service call, the total was over $600!!! Yes it was a Sunday afternoon, but come on. Later I noticed that our credit card was being charge $10 or $12 per month. I called to see what that was about and they had us on a scheduled maintenance program. I do not recall agreeing to this, although it is possible. When we finally called them to cash in on the service that we had (by then) already paid for (~$120 as I recall), the technician came out and "found" other significant "issues" that needed addressing, to the tune of an estimate for several hundred dollars more work*. When I called their office to complain about the outrageous prices, I was told (what sounded like the rep had been taught to say as a standard response to price complaints): "there have been a number of competitors in this area who have gone out of business because they did not charge enough." Well, competitors go out of business for a lot of reasons, including charging too much. We won't be using Frasier in the future. * -- We did not do the service at the time. Later we used another vendor whose price was considerably lower.

Frasiers' replaced a water heater over a year ago. I believe, at that time, there was no mention of a venting issue, nor do we see it on the receipt notes. A few months later, our heating/air conditioning serviceman mentioned he did not think it had been properly sealed at the chimney. Last fall, Frasiers' also removed the anode rod from the water heater because of a sulpher smell/taste in our water. Notes on that same water heater, tell of a venting problem. After a pinhole leak in plastic tubing to a refrigerator ice maker this past January, we decided to deal with the "venting issue", replace the icemaker waterline with copper tubing, and replace a shower control in a bathroom. Arrangements were made with Frasiers' well in advance to do the work on June 11, and 12th if needed. When setting the appointment via phone, we referenced the copy of extensive notes left by the previous serviceman describing the need for a chimney liner. The service date was set for June 11. I purchased and provided the parts needed for the shower control replacement. The serviceman sent was the same who originally described the problem with the venting. He also brought a helper with him. After 2 to 2!/2 hours, he determined that an unknown obstruction prevented him from installing a new chimney liner and would need to return another day with the proper tools to find out the problem. It was around 2 hours to replace the icemaker line. It took almost 3 hours to replace the shower control with the provided parts. He also said he found a water pipe "hanging loosely" in the crawl space and that it needed to be secured it with a bracket. Everyone working for Frasiers' have been consistently prompt and polite, and the charges reasonable throughout the years I have worked with them. I understand that the prices are by the job, not the hour. But I feel the charges for the waterline, bracket, and the shower were extremely excessive. The timeframes for 2-man job completions are interesting. I am not retired, so I lost at least a day's pay to attend to this service call. Previously, Frasiers' gave use an estimated charge for the chimney liner and waterline of about $800.

Our air conditioning unit was leaking. Jasen was the plummer who tended to it. He found the problem really quickly and fixed it. We were so happy with the service that we have signed up for an annual cleaning of the heating and AC units from this company.
