He'd given us an estimate on the value of the gold coins via email, and although the price of gold had fluctuated since he'd provided the quote, the final price was very, very close to the initial quote. We were happy to learn that they will also buy jewelry, as I have a few pieces I haven't worn in a very long time. We were very pleased with the entire experience and will definitely return to their company when we have gold or silver to sell, and we're happy to recommend them to our friends. "If I could give a NEGATIVE 5 STAR review I totally would!!!!!! This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with! We had some work done a couple of months ago. The job was suppose to take a day-ended up taking 2 WEEKS! My son had to rearrange his whole schedule, missed out on work, the contractors wouldn’t show up for days or they were late by hours, they would just leave and say the job was complete (and it wasn’t even half done!), we have tried calling to discuss and the receptionists are all trained to say the managers and owners are in ‘meetings’, we’ve sent emails and left messages and not once received a call back or reply to our emails! We are beyond frustrated! Then they send a bill 2 mos later for the full amount when they didn’t complete the job and they won’t even listen to the issues we have with paying this bill because the company has such terrible communication! I’m not even sure the owners are aware of how the business is being run at this point! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY"
