Best Choice Floral & Landscape

This company designed & installed a large perennial bed. I paid them $6,473. The area was previously grass and weeds, it only took them 2 days to complete the entire project. That should have told me something was wrong right away. Less than 1 week after installation I had grass and weeds coming up all over the bed. I even had tulips coming up through the fabric (these had been planted in this area prior but I did not want them in this new bed). It was evident they didn?t prep the area correctly prior to the planting. I tried to get them to come back to my house to look at the bed and spray the weeds and put down more mulch but they either ignored my emails and phone calls or just wouldn?t show up when they said they would. I took them to small claims court and won. I didn?t win all the money I paid for the job because the perennials were only guaranteed for 1 season but knowing the judge agreed with me says a lot. Now I?m trying to get the money from this company that is owed to me!

I couldn’t possibly be happier than I am with everything about my landscaping project completed by Best Choice Floral and Landscaping! My crew was friendly, hard working, efficient, careful, respectful and thorough. The crew communicated with me regularly throughout the day. They paid meticulous attention to detail and customer satisfaction!

A crew of two people were at my residence working for 2 hours. They relocated/transplanted 3 potentillas, 4 barberry, 1 boxwood, and split 3 small perennials in the front yard. They did not add weed barrier or add colored river rock to match existing stone, and did not transplant 3 lavender plants to the back fence as quoted. They did add a half wheel barrow of gray gravel stone to cover the open holes. This job was basically paying for two hours of labor for two people and half wheel barrow of stone. That's basically $732.50 per hour which seems unreasonable to me. I asked them to reconsider making an adjustment on the remaining balance due to the fact that this job involved less materials and work time than originally estimated. The owner was unwilling to make any adjustments to charges.

I accepted their proposal 2 months ago, with the verbal promise of 1-2 weeks. They billed my card 4/11 for 50% of the job. Since our initial interaction, they are very slow to respond to messages, if they respond at all, it is a week or 2 later, after multiple texts are sent to them. They have still not completed the job or scheduled it. I understand weather delays, or issues with trucks/equipment, but it is the lack of communication that is unacceptable.

I had a massive maple tree that had broken it such a way that it was lodged in the canopy of a neighboring tree suspended over multiple property line fences. They got the work done in one day in spite of it being a complicated process without any damage. A skilled work force.

Hired this company to trim large pine tree. They were able to come out to give estimate, and get the job done within 2 weeks of first phone call. Other companies could not come out to give an estimate for over a month. Very reasonably priced. Will use them again for any future tree trimming.

Stephanie answered my inquiry promptly & came over the next day (Friday afternoon) to provide an estimate. She came in a little over my budget, so we agreed on what she could do within my budget. She was going to call me on Monday so we could schedule, but instead sent me an email Sunday night - she'd had a cancelation for Monday & could be over tomorrow morning! Stephanie cleaned up and hauled away multiple overgrown & neglected gardens. It was a MESS and she went behind the work we'dagreed on. Now you can see the cute rock wall again, and there's a bunch of healthy hostas I didn't know I had buried in the mess! And, the rose bush no longer attacks you when you use the back door. Stephanie & her crew were quick, efficient & friendly to work with. I'm amazed at the difference in my yard!
