"Faucet installation went OK.  When the plumber installed the water filter, he ran into a problem with a leak with the reverse osmosis system.  He did not have anything to fix it with.  He shut off the valve to the reverse osmosis system which also shut off the water supply to the ice maker of the refrigerator.  He gave me the bill and I paid it and he left holding me with a problem.  That should not have happened.  I call a plumber because I don't or can't deal with a plumbing problem but this person just walked away from it with no followup.
I won't use this company again because of this and an earlier incident.

He was very conscientious of many potential damage to my floor/carpeting while bringing in the new water heater and removing the old one. He was done with the project in about 1 1/2 hours. He did a great job and my wife was very pleased that she could take a shower that evening in our home. Quandt did a great job and I highly recommend them."

"We pay yearly but we have this is included with our rental property. They are pretty good on most things. We had a hot water heater replaced and they did an excellent job on that. They are very quick on their response. They dont come out here. It is all done on the internet.  I just like the idea that one time service charge is so much better than trying to hiring someone to come in. It is more about convenience. It pays for itself."
