He vacuumed the whole area to be cleaned, which I appreciated, as some companies expect the customer to vacuum first. The cleaning process was quick and efficient, and very effective, as the pet stains and odors I had were all gone. Also, the carpet is dry right away, rather than hours later like some treatments.
