"The company was quick to contact me to establish a time for an estimate. Do to weather conditions in our area the company had to reschedule. I could appreciate that. The tech was on time for his appointment. He was professional in his work and presentation of what he believed my needs were. "We found everything and everyone to be very efficient and pleasant. There was one glitch, however, when the electrician didn't turn on the fuprnace before he left Everyone was very apologetic and things were rectified very quickly. Also, there was a loud banging noise when the furnace turned off. This also was rectified very quickly. The serviceman was very apologetic"

"Jeff did a great job in cleaning our air duct and drier vents. First, he explains what he’s doing to clean the entire house. He pays attention to every detail in cleaning each vents and returns. Jeff showed us pictures of before and after on areas where there’s so much dirt accumulated over time. Can’t believe our drier vent was filled up with so much lents. Glad we had this work done and we will do it again in 7years as recommended. We highly recommend Wisconsin Natural Air Duct Cleaning. Lastly, you don’t have to break a bank to pay for this company since the price is very reasonable. And that’s a big plus for us! Very happy customer!"
