"Josiah did a great job on my dryer vent duct work. This ductwork was behind the wall and only accessible from the vents. Everything looked like metal semi-rigged duct work from what could be seen from both ends. I started cleaning the ducts myself then I noticed insulation coming out of the vents instead of dryer lint about midway down the ducting. Thats when I called home advisor and was connected with Wisconsin Natural Air Duct Cleaning. The material hidden in the wall was plastic flex ducting that had began to fail due to age and isn't suited to cleaning anyway (should just be replaced.) Josiah did a great job replacing the plastic with metallic flex ducting. I'll use WNADC again for some future projects."

I even asked a second time, at the end of our phone call, if the quoted price included the disinfecting and deodorizing. but when the workers came to do the work, the other services were extra. And, there was no written invoice. I just paid the workers the agreed-upon price. Insist on having the quote IN WRITING, even if it is just done as an e-mail. I wondered why I couldn't find an e-mail address to correspond with them. There was only a phone number, so everything was verbal. Other than that, the workers left the heating and cooling ducts absolutely spotless. But again, get your quotes IN WRITING so there will be no surprises."
