Our technician looked at their problem and urged them to contact the company that did the original work even though their 3 year warranty had expired because he did not feel it was reasonable. He told them if they were not able to get help Slabjack would be happy to give them an estimate and do the work. My neighbors spoke to the other company who agreed to extend their warranty and do their repairs free of charge.
